Namaste, My name is Zoe. I am a qualified Akhanda Yoga teacher. Akhanda yoga originates from Rishikesh in the foothills of the Himalayas and is a holistic style of yoga practice. Classes include not only the physical practice but also work on pranayama (breathing), meditation and philosophy to help you bring balance to your mind, body, and spirit.

Ojas Yoga and mindfulness classes are suitable for all abilities and are taught in a welcoming and nurturing environment. Come along to one of my classes and find your inner bliss.

Ojas yoga and mindfulness teach yoga classes across various gyms, private studios and community facilities on the Northern Gold Coast. Trained in Akhanda yoga teaching a holistic Indian style of yoga.

All classes are taught in a nurturing environment and are suitable for all levels. Even if you have never tried yoga before, you are most welcome at Ojas. Modifications are given for poses to suit different levels and clear instructions and guidance are given throughout the class. Yoga is non-competitive and the poses are all designed to be held with ease. It is your practice, no one else’s. Listen to your own body first and respect your physical and mental challenges and strengths, remembering these will vary from day to day. After all… this is yoga practice, not yoga perfect.
