Classes are suitable for primary school children aged 5-12 years.

Regular (45 min) classes are taught throughout the school term at various Gold Coast yoga studios.

Why should kids do yoga?
Practicing yoga is not just great physical exercise for your child, it also helps children manage their emotions and reduces stress and anxiety. Yoga also stimulates kids creativity and helps them to build confidence through positive reinforcement and fostering a growth mindset. Yoga helps to balance your child’s mental, physical and emotional needs.
Classes are taught in a fun and nurturing environment encouraging children to feel confident and secure in who they are and aware of the important role they play within the world.
Workshops and private classes:
School holiday workshops are held throughout the school holidays and allow our little yogis to explore their yoga and mindfulness
I hold a current Blue Card registration and am trained in First Aid and CPR.
